You decide how your listing is priced and which hosting plan works best for you. All fees are clearly outlined upfront, with no hidden charges – giving you complete transparency and confidence.
Creating a listing is simple. Sign up for an account, click “Become a Host”, choose a hosting plan and complete the listing form with your property details, photos, pricing and availability. Once submitted, your listing may be reviewed before going live.
Imba Bookings operates on a paid listing model. Hosts pay a subscription or listing fee to publish and promote their property on the platform. Guest payments for stays are handled according to the booking options selected on your listing.
You can upgrade your listing to Featured from your host dashboard. Featured listings receive priority placement across the site, helping you gain more visibility and enquiries. Upgrade options are available depending on your hosting plan.
Refunds for listing plans or upgrades are handled in line with our terms and conditions. If you believe you’re eligible for a refund, please contact our support team with your account and payment details and we’ll review your request.
Anyone with the legal right to rent out a property can become a host. This includes homeowners, landlords, serviced accommodation providers and property managers. Hosts are responsible for ensuring their listing complies with local laws and regulations.
Once a booking request or enquiry is made, you can communicate directly with guests through the Imba Bookings messaging system. This keeps all conversations secure and in one place.
Payments are made according to the booking method you choose for your listing. Hosts receive payments directly via their selected payment method, minus any applicable fees. Full details can be viewed in your host dashboard.
