1. About Imba Bookings
Imba Bookings (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an online platform that allows property owners and accommodation providers (“Hosts”) to list their properties and connect with potential guests. We are a listing and discovery platform only and do not own, manage or operate any properties listed on the site.
2. Eligibility
To use Imba Bookings, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements. Hosts are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to advertise and rent their property.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to list a property or manage bookings. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity carried out under your account.
4. Listings
Hosts are responsible for ensuring that all listing information is accurate, up to date and compliant with local laws and regulations. Imba Bookings reserves the right to edit, suspend or remove listings that breach our policies or these Terms.
5. Paid Listings & Subscriptions
Hosts may be required to pay a fee or subscription to publish or promote listings. All fees are clearly displayed before purchase. Listing fees are for promotional services only and do not guarantee bookings or enquiries.
6. Payments
Payments for listing plans are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Imba Bookings does not store payment card details.
7. Bookings & Guest Payments
Bookings and guest payments are handled according to the options selected by the Host. Imba Bookings is not a party to any rental agreement between Hosts and guests.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds for listing plans or upgrades are subject to our Refund Policy. Booking cancellations are governed by the cancellation policy set by each Host.
9. Liability
Imba Bookings is not responsible for the condition, safety or legality of any property listed, nor for disputes between Hosts and guests. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, misuse the platform or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
